Here is our do it your self instructions,
Step
One – Taking the pictures
Take up to 20 photo’s of your property.
Begin with a few pictures of the outside of your property, then as you move
inside, take two pictures of each room. The pictures you take of each room
should be taken from opposite angles so
we see the whole room. Pictures really are worth a thousand words Save the photo’s as j pegs, no larger than
900x 600.
Step Two – Writing the
description.
Tell us about your property, ie; how much square footage it is, how
much acreage you have, is the property occupied, the address, city and
phone number. Make certain you send us, your phone number and a contact
name. Save the
text in either regular Microsoft word or as a plain text document.
Step three
Put it all in a Zip folder and send to us.
You will also receive
a release that must be signed by you and returned to us. If
you would like us to come out and photograph your property for you, give us a
call. we will send out a photographer and away you go. The costs for this
service is as follows.
Residence or small business - $125.00 (two year membership included)
Large business or government property - $250.00 ( two year membership
included).
Submissions are processed as soon as possible, but this process may take up
to five weeks. You will be informed as to the time table
Once your
information is up and running, location managers and scouts will see it right
away. If this interests you please contact us to get the ball rolling.
Please note: we are not real – estate brokers, this is a referral service
only. By law we can not actively participate in any negotiating process. If you
need, or would feel more comfortable working with a licensed agent while
negotiating with the film, we can refer you to one with expertise in that
area.
